Paradise: Diving Resort in Raja Ampat is a secluded island haven in Raja Ampat, designed to offer a slice of paradise to its guests. Though the island spans only a few meters in each direction, it has everything you need to unwind—crystal-clear waters visible right from your room, delicious food steps away, and endless diving opportunities around the island.
Starting with the breathtaking ocean views, this resort offers one of the most picturesque landscapes you can imagine. Schools of fish are visible directly from the beach, and activities include snorkeling, diving, and sightseeing tours around the island. During our one-week stay, we completed the PADI diving course, a remarkable experience led by the knowledgeable owner and his expert staff. For anyone considering diving, this course is highly recommended, with package deals for stays longer than a week.
Dining here is exceptional. The day begins with a fantastic breakfast, followed by a three-course lunch and an indulgent three-course dinner, often featuring Italian specialties prepared by the Italian owner. Each evening offered a new culinary surprise—from pasta carbonara to fish ragu to creamy lemon tagliatelle—making every meal a highlight. The homemade chocolate cake was an unforgettable treat.
The spacious rooms and large bathrooms come with amazing ocean views, and the air conditioning works perfectly, keeping everything comfortable. The rooms are meticulously cleaned each day, and the attentive staff enhances the welcoming, home-like atmosphere.
The resort also features a small outdoor gym and spa, perfect for a relaxing massage after a day of diving. A morning or sunset stroll around the island, with crystal blue waters and lush palm trees, is a must-do experience. It’s truly a place to eat, relax, and dive in complete paradise. We’re already looking forward to returning one day.
